Gastrorrexis: The dark world of parasitic infections

Gastrorrexis is a brutal death metal band from Ecuador, and “The dark world of long-ass album names” is their 2nd full-length release. And not to sound arrogant, but I, for one, was never a big brutal death metal guy; aggression is nice in metal in all, but what about the fucken brains? Gassyt-rexis is no exception, since, while their rhythm guitar sound works, and a few of the riffs here are catchier than what others of their ilk (BDM) make, the tedious toilet-gurgle vocals, sometimes-sloppy songwriting transitions (that made the songs feel a lot longer than they are), and ridiculously clanky snare drum sound take the enjoyment level here down considerably. Srsly, even without those first 2 probs, the snare sound alone might have still been enough to render this one average overall, so you know with those other probs, this is definitely disappointing overall. Fuhget aboud it!

5/10: Mediocre. Pancake sugar fucken tittie.

After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
